I guess since I was such a huge fan...I will give a lil update on the careers of Lil Fizz and J-Boog...

they went on 106 and Park and released their new video...nothin really special..but tell me why in the 106 clip..Fizz looks so sorry...smhhh and i used to call that igga my babay!

Remember the days..

when we used to listen B2K?! HAHA! Mannn..those were the days. .I was a diehard B2K fan and I had it bad for Lil FIzzz haha I can remember bumpin "uh huh" and Bump Bump Bump in my walkman cd player..and of course I had all their CD's, watched all their TV appearances etc. The only thing I didn't have was that horrible movie. HaH! Myspace is pretty much dead, but I do update it/ look at it from time to time and I came across a bulletin from ''Fizz & Boog"....guess they still tryna do their thng..anyways here is what the guys look like now







not too bad boys...as for their music..idk if i can say the same =/ LOL
