American Apparel is not so "American"

Well it's not so American in the sense that its not made for every American. When asked if they would ever make plus size clothing, a representative answered "Thats not our demographic." Yikes ...pretty harsh if you ask me.

We cant allll look like this ...smh

AND IN ADDITION, THEY ONLY HIRE BLACK WOMEN WITH "GOOD HAIR"
“none of the trashy kind that come in, we don’t want that. we’re not trying to sell our clothes to them. Try to find some of these classy black girls, with nice hair, you know?”
